Meet Sam: Your Inverness Gutter Cleaner
Hi, I'm Sam. I've been cleaning gutters across Inverness for a few years now, from the Victorian villas in Crown to the newer developments in Westhill and Smithton. I started this business because I got tired of seeing homeowners be let down by unreliable services or surprise charges.
When you book with us, you get a fair price upfront, no surprises. And whether it’s me or one of my team that comes out, the job gets done right.
Book online in two minutes, or give my wife & partner Saffron a call if you’ve got questions. We’re here to help.

"He was great, explained everything that would be done, unblocked 2 down pipes and took before and after pictures. Would definitely recommend already booked for the same time next year."
Why Gutter Maintenance is Key in Inverness
Prepare for Unpredictable Weather
Inverness might be one of the driest spots in Scotland, but the weather can turn quickly. Blocked gutters are no match for a sudden downpour, leading to damaging overflows.
Handle Runoff from Surrounding Hills
Being close to the Highlands means dealing with runoff from the surrounding hills. Clear gutters are essential to channel this water away from your property effectively.
Keep Your Home Pest-Free
A gutter filled with damp leaves and moss is a perfect breeding ground for pests. Regular cleaning helps to keep your roof space and home free from unwanted visitors.
Protect Your Home's Foundations
Overflowing gutters can cause water to pool around the base of your house, which can lead to serious and expensive-to-fix foundation issues over time.
A Smart Way to Protect Your Investment
Investing in regular, professional gutter cleaning is a small price to pay to avoid major repair bills for your roof, walls, and foundations in the future.

Inverness Gutter Cleaning FAQs
Is gutter cleaning really necessary in Inverness, since it's a drier part of Scotland?
+
Yes, absolutely. Even in a drier climate, gutters can be blocked by leaves and other debris. The unpredictable Highland weather means you need to be ready for sudden downpours.
Can you work on the taller, older buildings in Inverness?
+
Yes, we can. Our team is experienced and equipped to work on all kinds of properties, including older and taller buildings, up to four stories high.
What are the tell-tale signs of a blocked gutter?
+
The most common signs are water overflowing from the gutters, sagging under the weight of debris, and plants starting to grow in them.
Is it safe for me to clean my own gutters?
+
We would advise against it. Working at height can be dangerous without the correct training and safety equipment. Our service is professional, safe, and fully insured.
What are the risks of leaving my gutters blocked?
+
Blocked gutters can lead to a whole host of expensive problems, including damage to your roof, damp and mould inside your home, and even serious issues with your foundations.
Who will come to my house?
+
Either Sam or Martin (his father-in-law). Both are fully trained and insured, and they'll knock your door and introduce themselves when they arrive.
How long will it take to clean my gutters?
+
Usually 1-2 hours for a typical home. It can be quicker for a bungalow or longer for larger properties or heavily clogged gutters—we'll let you know on the day.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
Credit/debit card, cash, or bank transfer. Pay on completion when you're happy with our work, or in advance if you prefer.
Can you reach my gutters?
+
Yes. Our team has the equipment to safely clean gutters up to 4 storeys.
How often should I clean my gutters?
+
Once a year for most homes. Twice a year if you have lots of trees nearby. If you're happy with our work, ask about our repeat customer discount for next year.
What happens if my gutters need repairs?
+
We'll let you know on the day. We only recommend repairs if they're actually needed, and if it's a simple fix, we can often sort it there and then.
